Tired of the way the internet was being run, Nile Livesey decided to change it for himself. It only took him 6 hours to realize it was an impossible challenge, and he now focuses on Podcasting and Technology News.
With an iPhone in one hand, a video camera in the other, and absolutely no experience or knowledge in the realm of New Media. Nile set out to create the best Canadian tech content out on the Interwebs in the form of PRN, Perpetual Radio Networks.
Covering all forms of tech, it's now his mission in life to get to the bottom of every scandal, every breaking news story, and to thoroughly investigate every new gadget released.
He may not always get the news on time, but you can guarantee that it's relevant to your interests.
Matthew started his way into the world of technology as a sales associate for The Source by Circuit City in Mississauga, Canada. New gadgets and gizmos were at his displosal daily, but after 3 years and numerous promotions he decided to call it quits in the beginning of 2009. Now, without a job and very little income him and Nile Livesey decided to start up their own website design company.
Miimo, Inc. was founded on March 26th, 2009 by the pair of young entrepreneurs as a way to make some extra income in between jobs. While Nile found a part time job to suppliment his income Matthew has decided to stick it out and run Miimo, Inc. on a daily basis.
In the summer of 2009 Matthew Couto, along with his business partner Nile Livesey, decided to start a technology based podcast with a unique Canadian perspective on issues.
This self-proclaimed Apple-fanboy brings his knowledge of products and technology to the table each week on the various podcasts on the Perpetual Radio Networks.
Alex started in technology by rebuilding computers while travelling Asia after high school. He moved that passion back to Canada in 2005 and started selling at Battery Plus, a now defunct sister store to The Source. He moved his way up the retail ladder and now runs a Source store in Calgary to pay the bills, but lives and breathes on the internet.
Social Media, Apple and cell phones drive his passion for podcasting and general online geekery. Obsessively reading RSS feeds and Press Releases and always with a Podcast playing in his iPod you can find Alex on Twitter, Digg, Flickr, Last.fm and basically any other site that has a Friends List or an Inbox.
Living in the trenches and breathing the stink of technology everyday after 5pm. Catch up with him on What The Cell and Mac Dose every Sunday or send him a tweet or email!
